All new Design Center patrons (safety training does not count) are required to fill out this patron registration form (just once!) and confirm an Acceptance of Responsibility. If you have any questions regarding our hours and policies, please email design@barnard.edu or visit our How It Works page. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you have previous made a Patron ID with IMATS or the Media Center you do not need to create another. Use the same Patron ID to log-in.

All equipment requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be cancelled.
